Bennett Lee Hussey, Jr.

Bennett Lee Hussey, Jr., 78 of Rockingham, died Friday, April 1, 2011 at Rockingham Manor. Mr. Hussey was born June 1, 1932 in Guilford County, a son of the late Bennett Lee and Daisy Bishop Hussey. He served his country during the Korean Conflict in the United States Navy and had been the owner and operator of Mobile Glass Replacement for 27 years. He was preceded in death by his brothers, Red and Russell Hussey and sisters. Alene Simmons and Ozelle Wyrick. Surviving is his wife of 43 years, Lillie Elliott Hussey of the home. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 pm Sunday at Richmond County Memorial Park with Rev. Don Dawkins officiating. The family will see friends following the service at the graveside and at other times at the home.
