Margaret White Denson

Margaret White Denson, 78. of Rockingham, entered into her eternal home on Monday, May 23, 2011. She was born October 20, 1932 and was the daughter of the late Sam and Ethel Idol White. She was preceded in death by her husband of 42 years, Eddie Denson, and her brothers, C.C. White and Cecil White. She is survived by two sons whom she adored, Dale Denson and wife Pam of Rockingham and Daryl Denson of North Myrtle Beach, SC. She was a loving “Mema” to her grandchildren, Brad Denson and wife Michelle of Rockingham, and Stephanie Terry and husband Mitchell of Ellerbe, and a perfect “Flossy” to her granddaughter Amy Denson of Winterville, NC. She was affectionately called “Gigi’ by three great-grandchildren, Blake Terry, Jentry Denson and Ashton Terry. She was a lifelong member of East Rockingham Free Will Baptist Church, where visitation will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at 3:30 pm. Funeral services will follow at 5:00 pm. Interment will follow in Richmond County Memorial Park. The family will receive visitors at other times at the home of Dale and Pam Denson, 174 Beane Run, Rockingham. Her unconditional love, valuable words of wisdom, and contagious smile will be missed by all, especially her family. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given in her memory to East Rockingham Free Will Baptist Church, 189 Airport Rd., Rockingham, NC 28379.
