Aaron Evard Murray

Mr. Aaron Evard Murray, 42 of Ellerbe died Thursday, September 15, 2011 as the result of an automobile accident. He was born January 30, 1969 in Massena, New York, a son of John Evard Murray and Kathy O’Leary Murray. He was a stone mason, specializing in Veneer and Drystack stone setting tile. He is survived by his father John Murry of Rockingham; his mother Kathy O. Murray and step-father L.T. Mabe; sons Justin Lee Felix of Columbia S.C, Chazz Murray, Mason Murray, both of Ellerbe, Azpen Murray of Rockingham; sisters, Lisa Murray and Kelly Murray both of Canada, Bryce M. Faircloth, Jana M. Walker, and Jem L. Murray all of Rockingham, and his grandmother, Betty L. Deuel of Jesup, GA. Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm Sunday, September 18, 2011 at Ellerbe First Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Thomas Marshall and Rev. Dr. Jim Brown officiating. Interment will follow in Ellerbe Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 4:00- 7:00pm Saturday at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham.
