Floyd Hale

Mr. Floyd Hale, 93, of Rockingham dies Sunday, October 30, 2011 at Rockingham Manor. Mr. Hale was born May 7, 1918 in Barbourville, Kentucky. He had attended Southside Freewill Baptist Church. He served his country in the US Army during WW II. He was preceded in death by his wife Virdie Matlock Hale. Mr. Hale is survived by three sons, Paul Hale of Rockingham, Jim Hale of California, and George Hale of Kansas and one daughter Freda H. Martinez of N.Y. and several grandchildren. Graveside services will be held Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at Eastside Cemetery. The family will receive friends after the service.
