John Allyn Cortright

John Allyn Cortright, 69 of Pinebluff died Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at his home. Mr. Cortright was born February 24, 1942 in Montclair, N.J. a son of the late John and Elizabeth Corning Cortright. He was a member of All Saints Episcopal Church. He was retired as Plant Manger of a mini-blind and shutter factory. He is survived by his wife Yvonne McMenamin Cortright of the home, one son John Allyn Cortright III of Richmond Va. And one daughter Lee Cortright, two step-sons Patrick Baumgart and Hanns Baumgart both of Raleigh and one step-daughter Yvette Baumgart of Raleigh, and seven grand children. A service to celebrate his life will be held 3:00 P.M. Saturday, January 7, 2012 at All Saints Episcopal Church with Father Harry Abernathy officiating. Inurnment will follow in the church columbarium. The family will receive friends following the service in the church parish hall.
