Mable Dunlap Kelly

Mable Dunlap Kelly, 82, of Guyton, Ga, formerly of Rockingham, entered into eternal rest Saturday, January 14, 2012 in Savannah, Ga. Mrs. Kelly was born February 26, 1929 in Richmond County, NC, a daughter of the late Robert “Pete” and Mae Dunn Dunlap. She was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Lee Kelly, a son, Donald R. Kelly and a granddaughter, Dawn Kelly. Surviving are her sons, Everett L. “Sandy” Kelly, Jr. and wife Bonnie of Hamlet and Joel Kelly and wife Sandra of Guyton, Ga; 5 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday in the Colonial Chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Goins officiating. Interment will follow in Richmond County Memorial Park. The family will see friends from 6:00 – 8:00 pm Wednesday at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham and at other times at the Kelly home, 105 Kindale Ave. Hamlet, NC.
