Edward Bryant Guinn

Mr. Edward Bryant Guinn, 83, of 302 Quail Hollow Dr. Hamlet, died Saturday, January 19, 2008 at Sandhill Regional Hospital. He was born March 3, 1934, in Richmond County, a son of the late Ernest “Bus” and Lillian Collins Guinn. He was a Painter by trade. When he wasn’t painting, he loved his hobbies of fishing and woodworking. A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Monday, January 21, 2008, at Richmond Memorial Park with the Rev Mitchell Roller officiating. Surviving Mr. Guinn are his sons Allen Guinn, Ernest Guinn of Arizona, Edward Guinn, Jr. of Rockingham, daughters Gina Guinn, Erlinda Knapp of California, Stephanie Guinn of Rockingham, brother James “Skin” Guinn of Rockingham, sisters Carol Roller of Rockingham, Irene Rushing of South Carolina, 3 grandchildren and special friend Jean Barber. Family will receive friends from 1:00-1:45 PM Monday at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham and other times at 152 Main Trail.
