Archie Leroy Williams

Archie Leroy Williams, 65, of Holiday Village Apartments, died Tuesday May 14, 2013 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst. Archie was born November 4, 1947 in Marlboro County, SC, a son of the late John C. and Cardelia Leviner Williams Dennis. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, John C. Williams, Jr. Archie was a faithful member of East Rockingham Church of God of Prophecy. Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 pm Friday at East Rockingham Church of God of Prophecy conducted by Pastor Steve Gilmer. Burial will follow in Richmond County Memorial Park. Surviving are his brothers Clyde Williams (Fenny) of Hamlet, Leon Williams of Hamlet, Donnie Williams of Scotland County and his sister-in-law Mrs. John C. “Button” Williams. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 pm at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham and other times at the home of Clyde and Fenny Williams, 155 North Street, Hamlet.
