The Parker Family genuinely thanks Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro for supporting Margaret with the BEST genuine care and compassionate team of Lois, Susan, Debbie, Mandy, Daniel, Fatu and Chaplain Connor. Thank you for your amazing support. Breathtaking at times. Margaret was a lover of plants, flowers and animals. In remembrance and celebration of her life, please feel free to send flowers, or if you prefer; please honor her memory with donations to SPCA of the Triad, an animal shelter of your choice or Hospice and Palliative Care of Greensboro. At rest, Margaret’s brilliant mind is now restored. We are confident, with the Lord’s allowance, she is now spending her time alternating between computer time, crunching numbers, reading, watching English Films and shagging. Most importantly, she is experiencing the true peace she has so deserved. Finally. The UK nor Ocracoke Island will ever be the same without this traveler. We send our love with her to Heaven and we will always carry her love for us in our hearts. As Margaret would say “Exactly and Yadda Yadda”. Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham is serving the family. Visitation will be Saturday July 6th 11am-12pm with Graveside Service immediately following at Eastside Cemetery.
