John "Buddy" Alexander Jordan, III

John Alexander “Buddy” Jordan, III, 39, of Hamlet, passed away Monday, July 29, 2013. Buddy was born July 8, 1974 in Richmond County, the son of John A. Jordan, Jr and Brenda Mauldin Jordan. He was a member of Cobb Memorial Baptist Church and had worked with dialysis patients and been employed with the US Postal Service. Surviving are his parents, John, Jr. and Brenda Jordan of Hamlet and his sister and brother-in-law, Lisa and Greg Gainey of Hamlet. A memorial service will be held at 11 AM Thursday at Cobb Memorial Baptist Church with Rev. Alex Willoughby and Rev. Chuck McKnight officiating. Interment will be held privately. The family will see friends following the service at the church and at other times at the home.
