Nancy Louise Cloninger

Nancy Louise Poole Cloninger, 56 of 210 Hunters Lane Ellerbe died Friday September 27, 2013 at First Health Richmond Memorial Hospital. She was born November 11, 1956 in Richmond County a daughter of Maness and Helga Bechtluft Poole. She was preceded in death by her father. Nancy was the Office Assistant for NC Hwy Patrol Troop H District 2 in Rockingham. She is survived by her husband Keith Cloninger, mother Helga Poole, Sister Sheila Dawkins, Niece Rebecca Floyd, Nephew Joshua Floyd (fiancée Mandy Byrd) also two great nephews, Gabriel and Jackson, two stepsons Bruce Cloninger and fiancée Jessica Hudson of Rockingham and Justin Cloninger and wife Jeanna of Rockingham, a grand daughter Payton Cloninger and several other aunts and cousins. She is also survived by her beloved pets Jake, Rosie, and Junior. A memorial service to celebrate Nancy’s life will be held at 3:00pm Monday at Carter Funeral Home Chapel in Ellerbe, the Rev. Bill Kearse, Jr. and Rev. William McLaughlin will officiate. Burial will be private. The family will receive friends one hour prior to services.
