Barbara Faircloth Maree

Barbara Faircloth Maree, 75, of Rockingham, passed away Thursday, October 3, 2013 at Hospice Haven. Mrs. Maree was born November 12, 1937 in Richmond County, a daughter of the late Ethel Faircloth Boone. She was a member of Trinity Emmanuel Holiness Church, had been employed with Aleo Manufacturing and J.P.Stevens Co.. Surviving are her husband of 60 years, Hal Maree of the home; children Randall Maree of Hamlet, Debra Kay Maree of Rockingham, Lisa Honeycutt of Hamlet; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 3 pm Sunday at Trinity Emmanuel Holiness Church with Rev. Timmy Blackwell officiating. Entombment will follow in the Richmond County Memorial Park Mausoleum. The family will see friends from 6 to 8 pm Saturday at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham and at other times at the home.
