Brenda Kay Peck Clark

Brenda Kay Peck Clark, 70, of Hamlet, passed away Monday, December 09, 2013 at her nephews home. Mrs. Clark was born November 3, 1943 in Gaston County, a daughter of the late Jasper Clyde and Thelma Mae Taylor Peck. She had been employed with the US Post office as a Rural Mail Carrier for over 20 years. She was preceded her in death by her husband, Harold Lee Clark and a sister, Sharon P. Wheeler. Surviving are her son, Jonathan Clark and wife Lindsay, of Maricopa, Arizona; grandchildren, Cassidy, Nathan and Eric Clark; and her sister, Joyce Eubanks of Hamlet. Graveside services will be held at 3:30pm Wednesday in Richmond County Memorial Park with Pastor Randy Guerry officiating. The family will see friend following the service and at other times at the Joe Wheeler home.
