Wayne Tillman “Tim” Outen , 64 of 124 5th Ave. Safie died Saturday March 29, 2014 at his home. He was born September 18, 1949 in Richmond County, NC a son of James Carson Outen, Sr. and the late Pansy Outen. He was preceded in death by his mother, Pansy Outen, his daughter Belinda Jill Outen, his brothers; James Outen, Jr. and Danny Outen and his sister Bettie Wilhoit. He is survived by his father James Carson Outen, Sr., his sons; Mac Outen of Marshville and Timothy Scott Outen of Hamlet, six grandchildren; Kaitlyn Ciara Outen, Jenna Lauren Outen, Jeremy Scott Outen, Bailey Mac Outen, Kaliegh Olivia Outen and Karlee Rose Outen. Also surviving is his cherished dog Pookie. A service to celebrate the life of Wayne T. Outen will be held 2:00 pm Tuesday at Sweet Haven Church with the Rev. Mitchell Roller officiating, burial will follow in Richmond County Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00pm Monday evening at Carter Funeral Home.  Those who desire may make memorial contributions to Community Homecare and Hospice 1016 Fayetteville Road Rockingham, NC 28379.
