Elsie Martin Ussery

Elsie Martin Ussery, 84 of Candor, NC Born on Jan. 28, 1930. Died May 20, 2014 at UNC Chapel Hill. She was preceded in death by her son Richard Taylor Ussery, her parents, and three siblings. She will be greatly missed and is survived by her sons Bill and Peggy Ussery(daughter in-law), and Randy, four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and two great- great-grandchildren. Elsie was a beloved member of her community and is known for her kind and generous spirit. She regularly made charitable donations to local and national organizations. As an expression of sympathy, memorial contributions may be made to The Humane Society of Moore County.
