Roger Dale Rorie

Roger Dale Rorie, 56, of Rockingham, passed away Monday, June 2, 2014 at his home. Roger was born August 21, 1957 in Richmond County, a son of the late Harvey Alexander Rorie and Katie Lee Wright Rorie English. He had retired from Trinity Manufacturing Company and had attended Abundant Life Church. Surviving are his brothers, Wayne Rorie of Rockingham, Ronald Rorie of Wadesboro, Elmer Lee Rorie of Rockingham; sisters, Wanda Coble (D.A.) of Rockingham, Janet Crook (Bob) of Monroe; special friends, Karen Messana and Kim Kashmer and a host of nieces and nephews. A service to celebrate Roger’s life will be held at 11 am Friday at Abundant Life Church with Rev. Joe B. Wilkes, Jr. officiating. The family will see friends following the service.
