Janet Delores McBride Auman

Janet Delores McBride Auman, 80, of Jackson Springs, passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2014 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. Mrs. Auman was born June 9, 1934 in Guilford County, a daughter of the late Albert Lee and Gladys Meredith McBride. She was an active member of Jones Springs United Methodist Church and had been an owner and secretary of Auman Auto Parts. Surviving are her husband of 59 years, Charles Roe Auman, Jr. of the home; children, David Auman (Judy), Brenda Perry (Chuck), Mark Auman (Linda) and Bryan Auman (Stephanie) all of Jackson Springs; 10 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild. A service to celebrate her life will be held at 2pm Thursday at Jones Springs United Methodist Church, with Rev. Dena White and Rev. Donnie Davis officiating. The family will see friends following the service at the church and at other times at Bryan and Stephanie’s, 4114 Hoffman Rd., Jackson Springs.
