Pauline Lockhart Greene

Pauline Lockhart Greene, 83, of Ellerbe, passed away Wednesday, August 06, 2014 at Rockingham Manor in Rockingham. Mrs. Greene was born November 8, 1930 in Richmond County, a daughter of the late Paul J. and Bertha Anderson Lockhart. She was of the Baptist faith and had retired from Commonwealth Hosiery after 40 years of service. She was preceded in death by her husband, Alfred Greene, daughter, Brenda Fulp, grandson, Benji Fulp and brother, C.F. Lockhart. Surviving are her son Sandy Greene and wife Jean of Ellerbe; grandchildren, Brandy McCormick and husband Scott, Stephen Greene; great grandchildren, Hayley and Carley McCormick; and sister Lucille Shepard of Ellerbe. Funeral services will be held at 2 pm Saturday at Carter Funeral Home in Ellerbe with Rev. Jimmy Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Ellerbe Cemetery. The family will see friends from 6 to 8 pm Friday at Carter Funeral Home in Ellerbe.
