Margaret Dawkins Williams

Margaret Dawkins Williams, 68, of 112 Bullard St. Rockingham, died Thursday, September 11, 2008 at Firsthealth Richmond Memorial Hospital in Rockingham. Mrs. Williams was born April 10, 1940 in Richmond County, a daughter of the late Maggie Dawkins and was a homemaker. Surviving are her husband, Richard G. Williams of the home, daughters, Vicki Capps and husband Terry of Hamlet, Sherri Graham of Rockingham; grandchildren, Holli and Dylan Graham; brother, Ray Dawkins of Hoffman; sister Louise Marsh of Hoffman and her beloved dog Dazey. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday in the Colonial Chapel of Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham with Rev. Bud Jacobs and Rev. Mike Childers officiating. Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will see friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Friday at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham and at other times at the home on Bullard St.
