Donald Gordon Francis

Donald Gordon Francis, 67, of Rockingham, passed away Saturday, October 4, 2014 at his home. Mr. Francis was born October 7, 1946 in Hardin, Ohio, a son of the late James and Rosellia Clemons Francis. He had served his country in the US Army, was a member of the VFW and the Moose Lodge and had worked in construction. Surviving are his wife, Deborah Warsop Francis of the home; brothers, Delmer “Bud” Francis of Ellerbe, Mike Francis of Elizabethtown, KY, Kenny Francis of Jasper, IN; and sisters, Priscilla Brown of Lima, OH and Beverly Croteau of Xenia, OH. Graveside services will be held at 2pm Friday at Northam Cemetery with Rev. Calvin Bean officiating. The family will see friends from 12:30 to 1:30 pm Friday at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham and at other times at the home.
