Kay Williams McFayden

Kay Williams McFayden, 65, of Ellerbe, passed away on October 11, 2014 at her home. Mrs. McFayden was born November 6, 1948 in Marlboro County, SC. A daughter of the late George W. Smith and Margie H. Hilliard. She is also preceded in death by a husband, Carlton L. Williams. Survivors are husband, Darrell Lane McFayden of Ellerbe, daughters Jennifer Williams Pillar (Greg) of Monroe, Elizabeth Williams Bass (Chris) of Hamlet, Angela McFayden Wallace (Kelly), son, Eric L. McFayden (Amanda) both of Ellerbe, Grandchildren Kaleigh Huntley, Taylor Huntley, Nathan Pillar, Nicholas Bass, Carlie Bass, Mallory Bass, Tyler Blake, Brandon McFayden, McKenzie McFayden, Travis Yow and Kyleigh Yow, Sister Lisa Snead (Mike) of Rockingham and Nephews Andrew Snead (Megan) and Aaron Snead. Funeral services will be held 3:30pm, Wednesday, October 15, 2014 at Spring Hill Wesleyan Church with Rev. Edwin Luther and Rev. Stan Stogner officiating. Burial will follow at the Spring Hill Wesleyan Church Cemetery. Family will receive family and friends from 6-8pm Tuesday, October 14, 2014 at Carter Funeral Home in Ellerbe.
