Judy Ledwell Gwynn

Judy Mae Ledwell Gwynn, 59, of Rockwell, passed away Saturday, October 11, 2014 at Rowan Medical Center in Salisbury. Mrs. Gwynn was born November 13, 1954 in Scotland County, a daughter of the late Billy Gene Ledwell and Frankie Mae Venable Shore. She was a homemaker and had worked as a dietician at Dorothea Dix Hospital in Raleigh. Surviving are her husband, Harry B. Graham, Jr. of the home; children, Lisa Jean Grubb of the home, Mikeal Perkins of Rockingham; step children, Sonja Beth Perkins and Hurley Eugene Perkins, Jr., both of Rockingham; grandchildren, Brittany Grubb, Brandon Phifer, Savanna Perkins, Alexandria Perkins, Ariana Lynch; step grandchildren, Craig Thorpe, Casey Perkins, Brandon Bowman, Dusty Bowman; brother, Billy G. Ledwell, Jr, of Hamlet; special nieces, Donna Williams of Hamlet, Rebecca Deaver of Hamlet, Keonia Williams of Hamlet; 4 other nieces and nephews and 17 grand nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 11 am Thursday at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham with Rev. Ricky Jacobs officiating. Interment will follow in Richmond County Memorial Park. The family will see friends from 6 to 8 pm Wednesday at Carter Funeral Home and at other times at the Donna Williams home, 140 Broadleaf Dr., Hamlet.
