Thomas "Billy" Kenneth Caulder

Thomas Kenneth “Billy” Caulder, 79, of Rockingham, passed away Wednesday, December 17, 2014 at his home. Billy was born March 25, 1935 in Richmond County, a son of the late Kennie Robert and Thelma Letha Brown Caulder. He had attended Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and retired from Wade Manufacturing Company in Wadesboro. He enjoyed fishing and raising chickens. He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Bobby Carlton Caulder, Arlo Caulder and sister-in-law, Peggy Joyce Caulder, Surviving are his wife, Billie Mae Richardson Caulder of the home; children, Ann (Larry) Robbins of Rockingham, Becky (Bob Nock) Woodley of Mt. Gilead, Tonia Kay (Jerry) Robbins of Marston, Kenny (Sharon) Caulder of Rockingham, Joy (Mitchell) Watson of Rockingham; grandchildren, Joseph (Kim) Robbins, Thomas Robbins, Bellamy Patrick, Jeffrey (Teresa) Benson, III, Jeremy Robbins, Brenden Watson, Kendell Watson; great grandchildren, Sadie Robbins, Kenedeigh Goins, Caela Goins, Chloe Goins; great great grandchild, Kieran Bennett; favorite pet and companion, Smokey; grandpets, Lucas, Ethel, Ranger, Quincy, Kacey, Zoey, Suzy, Richard, Blaze; brothers, Don (Barbara) Caulder of Rockingham, Gerald Caulder of Rockingham, Ronnie (Debbie) Caulder of Rockingham, Earl ( Louise) Caulder of Denton; sisters, Ilene (David) Lee of Rockingham, Helen (Gary) Hooks of Rockingham; sisters-in-law, Kay Caulder of Rockingham, Brenda Caulder of Rockingham and numerous nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 3 pm Friday at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Perry Comer officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will see friends from 6 to 8 pm Thursday at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and at other times at the home.
