Judy Haynes

Mrs. Jewell Rabb ‘Judy’ Haynes, 83 , of 478 Pappy Rabb Rd., Ellerbe died Tuesday, November 25th at Emory University Hospital in Atlanta. She was born June 22, 1925 in Cramerton, NC, a daughter of the late Noah Lee Rabb and Delsie Ina Metcalf Rabb. Mrs. Haynes was a member of Jones Springs United Methodist Church. She was a remarkable mother and a loving grandmother. Funeral services will be conducted graveside at 12:00 pm Saturday, November 29th in the Hogan Family Cemetery in Derby, NC. The family will receive friends immediately following the service. Surviving are her sons, Randy Hudson and wife Lyn of Charlotte, NC and David Hudson and wife Brenda of Snellville, GA; stepchildren, John Haynes of Elizabeth City NC and Cathy Denby of Holly Hill, SC; three grandchildren, two step-grandchildren and one step-great grandchild. Surviving siblings, Charles Rabb, Deen Linker, and Jane Hogan, all of Derby NC, Hazel Carter of High Point NC, and Doug Rabb of Charlotte NC.
