Pat Bryce

Mrs. Patricia Ann Bryce, 66, of 1008 Walnut Lane, Rockingham died Monday, December 15, 2008 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. She was born January 19, 1942 in Richmond County, a daughter of Versie Cannon McGee and the late Leroy Flowers. Mrs. Bryce was employed as a clerk of convenience stores throughout the county for a number of years. Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 pm Wednesday, December 17th in the chapel of Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham with Rev. L. D. Driggers and Rev. Horace Flowers, Jr. officiating. Burial will follow in Richmond Memorial Park. Surviving in addition to her mother, Versie McGee are a daughter, Charlotte Herring of Jacksonville, FL; a son, Mike Black of Hope Mills; her companion of seventeen years, James Driggers; two brothers, Horace Flowers and Jim Flowers, both of High Point; two sisters, Marlene Bradshaw of Gastonia and Juanita Crocker of Oklahoma City, OK; and three grandchildren, Chris Herring, Ashley Herring, and Max Black.
