Henry Hatcher

Henry Hatcher 82 of Rockingham , passed away at home with his family surrounding hin on Wednesday June 24, 2015. He was born in Scotland County, NC on June 22, 1933, the son of the late Dan and Nettie Hatcher. Mr. Hatcher served his country in the US Army and then worked most of his life in the textile industry and retired. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Ruby, son, Henry, and a brother CD Hatcher. Surviving are his, sons, Ronnie Hatcher, Brian Hatcher(Angela), daughters, Gloria Loftis(Jay), Ann Fisher, daughter-in-law, Carolyn Hatcher, brother Doug Hatcher(Marzean), and step-sister Sherry Jo Fisher. Also surviving are 11 grandchildren, Amanda Lynn Schumacher, Calum Clark, Henry Hatcher III, Andrew Hatcher(Chelsea), Brian Hatcher II(Brittany) Kimberly Hatcher, Ronnie Hatcher, Jr. Bradley Hatcher, Jeffrey Hatcher, Carl Hurlburt and Kurt Hurlburt and 9 great –grandchilddren. A Memorial service will be held 1:00 Saturday June 27, 2015 at Pine Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Robbie Caudle officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
