Lillian Ecke Culley

Lillian Ecke Culley 88 of Hamlet passed away on July 16, 2015 at her home with her family by her side. Mrs. Culley was born August 7, 1926 to the late Harry John and Lillian Ecke of Baltimore, MD. Mrs. Culley was a homemaker and worked in textiles in various positions. Besides her parents she was preceded in death, by her husband Fred Culley and a brother Tommy Ecke. Surviving are sons, James Edward Culley (Louise), Robin Ray Culley; daughter, Sallie J. Culley (Marshall Berry), brother John Ecke (Delores) of Baltimore, MD, 3 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Monday, July 20, 2015 in the Colonial Chapel of Carter Funeral Home, in Rockingham, NC with the Rev. Bill Monroe officiating. Burial will follow in Culley Serenity Garden, in Hamlet, NC. The family will receive friends and relatives on Sunday, July 19, 2015 from 6:00 – 8:00pm at the funeral home.
