Willie Mae (Billie) Richardson Caulder

Willie Mae (Billie) Richardson Caulder, 78, of Rockingham, passed away Sunday, November 8, 2015 in Cheraw, SC. Mrs. Caulder was born February 3, 1937 in Richmond County, a daughter of the late James Frank and Annie Mae Elmore Richardson. She was a charter member of Faith Baptist Church and currently was a member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church where she had taught Sunday School and sang in the choir. Her love of children led her to become a teacher of exceptional children at Roberdell Childrens Center. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas “Billy” Kenneth Caulder. Surviving are children, Ann Robbins (Larry) of Rockingham, Becky Woodley (Bob Nock) of Mt. Gilead, Tonia Kay Robbins (Jerry) of Marston, Kenny Caulder (Sharon) of Rockingham, Joy Watson (Mitchell) of Rockingham; grandchildren, Joseph Robbins (Kim), Thomas Robbins, Bellamy Patrick, Jeffrey (Teresa) Benson, II, Jeremy Robbins, Brenden Watson, Kendell Watson; great grandchildren, Sadie Robbins, Kenedeigh Bara (Nick), Caela Goins, Chloe Goins; great great grandchild, Kieran Bennett; brother, Jim Richardson of Charlotte; sisters, Myrtle Williams of Bennettsville, SC, Doris Rainwater of Rockingham, and Nellie Humphrey (Dannie) of Wendell, NC; favorite pet and companion, Smokey and her grandpets. Funeral services will be at 3pm Wednesday at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Dr. Perry Comer and Rev. Lester English officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will see friends from 6 to 8 pm Tuesday at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church and at other times at the home.
