Ella Deaton Hascall

Ella Deaton Hascall, 81, of Rockingham, passed away Sunday, December 27, 2015 at Hospice Haven. Mrs. Hascall was born August 13, 1934 in Montgomery County, a daughter of the late Lonnie Edison and Elizabeth Martin Parnell Deaton. She was a member of Good News Free Will Baptist Church and a homemaker. Surviving are her husband, Lawrence Calvin “Larry” Hascall of the home; children, Kathyrn Elizabeth Brown of Biscoe, Harry Robert Brown, Jr. of Ether, William Jeffrey Brown of Panama City, FL, Gerry Edison Brown (Kathy) of Troy; stepsons, Mark Steven Hascall (Linda Jane) of Greenfield, IN, David Lee Hascall (Carolyn) of Indianapolis, IN; step grandchild, Tammy Harmon and Step great grandchild, Kayla Harmon. A memorial service will be at 11 am Tuesday at Good News Free Will Baptist Church with Rev. Dennis Smith officiating. The family will see friends following the service at the church.
