Randy Lee Peek

Randy Lee Peek, 58, of Rockingham, passed away Tuesday, January 12, 2016 at his home. Mr. Peek was born January 16, 1958 in Christian Co., KY, a son of Catherine Causey Peek and the late Thomas Victor Peek. He had served his country in the US Army, had been a member of the Church of Christ and was a carpenter. Surviving are his children, Nicole Peek Troxell of Atlanta, Ga, Jessica Peek Scott and husband Julian Warren Scott, III of Apex, Isaac Roy Peek of Atlanta, Ga, Jacob Emory Peek of Wadesboro; grandchildren, Haley Alanna and Kara Olivia Troxell, Atlee Catherine Scott, Lilly Mae and Emory Matthew Peek; mother, Catherine Causey Peek of Rockingham and brothers, Gerry Thomas Peek of Bear Creek, NC and Robin Causey Peek of Leesville, LA. Funeral services will be at 2pm Saturday in the Colonial Chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Wesley Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will see friends from 6 to 8 pm Friday at Carter Funeral Home and at other times at the home.
