Allison Blaine Wiggins

Allison Blaine Wiggins, 82, of Rockingham, passed away Wednesday, January 27, 2016 at his home. Mr. Wiggins was born August 9, 1933 in Rock Hill, SC, a son of the late Wilbur and Della Dorsett Wiggins. He was a member of the Church of God of Prophecy and had retired from WestPoint/Stevens. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Alene Moore Wiggins, sisters, Judy Fann and Myrae Holden and half brother Herbert Wiggins. Surviving are his children, Allison B. Wiggins, Jr. (Belinda) of Rockingham, Bill Wiggins (Wanda) of Rockingham, Cathy Parr of Glendale, AZ; grandchildren, Aaron Wiggins, Austin Wiggins, Johnathan Biddix, Joshua Biddix, Taylor Biddix, Tanya Shaw, Joshua Shaw; great grandchildren, Nathan Shaw, Nicholas Selig, Logan Biddix, Lucas Biddix, Valeria Biddix, Ta-wo-di Biddix, Taige Biddix and brother, Bobby Wiggins (Dot) of Rockingham. Funeral services will be at 2 pm Friday at the Church of God of Prophecy with Pastor Steve Gilmer and Rev. Russell Edwards officiating. Interment will follow in Richmond County Memorial Park. The family will see friends from 6 to 8 pm Thursday at the Church of God of Prophecy. Memorials may be made to Church of God of Prophecy, Building Fund, 139 Flowers St., Rockingham, NC 28379
