Kathy D. McNeill

Kathy D. McNeill, 61, of Little River, SC, passed away Sunday, January 24, 2016 at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. Ms. McNeill was born September 14, 1954 in Richmond County, a daughter of George McNeill and the late Delores Causey. She worked in textiles, convenience stores and was a cab owner and operator. Surviving are her children, Kathy Clark Dockery (Carlton) of Little River, Harvey L. Clark, Jr. (Joy) of Rockingham, Davonda Clark Diggs (Sean) of Little River; 14 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; father, George McNeill (Jewel) of Aberdeen; brother, George McNeill (Julie) of Utah and sister, Kellie Roberts (Joseph) of Utah. Funeral services will be at 2 pm Saturday in the Chapel of Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham. Interment will follow in Zion United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will see friends from 12:45 to 1:45 pm Saturday at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham and at other times at 1105 Osborne Road.
