Carolyn Morgan Dunn

Carolyn Morgan Dunn, 81, of Rockingham, passed away Sunday, February 07, 2016 at FirstHealth Richmond Memorial Hospital in Rockingham. Mrs. Dunn was born January 31, 1935 in Richmond County, a daughter of the late Daniel Jackson and Nora Brown Morgan. She had attended Mt. Olive Baptist Church, worked in Public Relations with WAYS Radio in Charlotte and had retired as a district manager for Avon. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey Dunn. Surviving are her children, Denise Rinaldi of Wilmington, Phillip Dunn (Paula) of Ocean Isle Beach, NC; grandchildren, Jeffrey Dunn, Jr., Katie Dunn, Caitlin Collins and Morgan Dunn; step grandchildren, Lewis White and Elizabeth McRae; great grandchildren, Kaylee and Maci Dunn and step great grandchildren, Blake Leviner, Gracie and Hunter McRae and Amelia and Liam White. There will be a gathering of family and friends on Saturday, April 2, 2016 from 2 to 4 pm at Morgan Creek Farm, 1070 US Hwy 1 N., Rockingham, NC.
