Kay Spivey Lovette

Kay Spivey Lovette, 65, of Marston, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2016 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital. Kay was born September 6, 1950 in Richmond County, a daughter of Luke and Elneta Lambert Spivey. She is preceded in death by her father, Luke Spivey. Surviving are her husband, Randy Lovette, Sr. of the home, children, John Grant, III of Shallotte, NC, Tim Grant (Kim) of Pinehurst, NC, Matt Grant (Penny) of Rockingham, NC, Josh Ludlum (Beth) of Marston, NC, Amanda Ludlum of Marston, NC, Adam Ludlum of Hoffman, NC, Randy Lovette, Jr. (Shannon) of Rockingham, NC, Chris Lovette of Hamlet, NC, Cassie Fann of Rockingham, NC, Angel Lovette of the home, 18 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, brother Sammy Spivey and sister Tessie Woodruff (Richard). Funeral services will be held 2pm Sunday, March 13, 2016, at East Rockingham Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Harris Jordan and Rev. Albert Ivey officiating. Interment will follow the service at Richmond County Memorial Park. Family will receive friends from 6-8pm on Saturday, March 12, 2016 at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham and other times at the home.
