Rickey "Richard" Dean "Catfish" Martin

Rickey “Richard” “Catfish” Dean Martin, 59, of Cordova, passed away Sunday, May 1, 2016, at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. Mr. Martin was born July 26, 1956 in Ogemaw County, Michigan, a son of the late Curtis Edward and Bonita Joy Thomas Martin. After his parent’s death he was raised by his grandfather, Franco Martin. He had been a member of Trinity Lutheran Church and employed in retail sales. Surviving are his wife, Kristen Evonitz Martin and longtime friend, Johnnie Burnett. Graveside services will be at 2pm Wednesday at Trinity Lutheran Church Cemetery in Saluda, SC.
