Ethel Boyles Fulp

Ethel Boyles Fulp, 85 of Rockingham, passed away May 21, 2016. She was born on January 26, 1931 in Surry County, NC, a daughter of the late Colonel Howard Boyles and Mary Tucker Boyles. Mrs. Boyles was a member of fellowship Baptist Church and a homemaker. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a daughter, Kathy Lowery and a sister, Brenda Hobbs. Surviving are husband, C. L. Fulp, son, Chuck(Sandy) Fulp; daughter, Sherry(Kirby) Gerald, eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren; brothers, Bill, Bob and Wilburn Boyles; and sisters, Betty Boyles Campbell, and Irene Boyles Cox. A Funeral service will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2016 at 11:00 am at Fellowship Baptist Church with Pastor Bill Monroe officiating. Burial will follow in Ellerbe Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Monday from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Carter Funeral Home, in Ellerbe.
