Charles Lindberg Fulp

Charles L. (CL) Fulp, 88, of Ellerbe, passed away on September 10, 2016 at Autumn Care of Cornelius. He was born, December 6, 1927 in Richmond County a son of the late Revie and Ida Shelton Fulp. He was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church and a farmer. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Ethel Mae Boyles Fulp, a daughter Kathy Lowery and son-in-law James Lowery, and three brothers Bob Lee Fulp, Bill Fulp and Glen Fulp. Surviving are a son, Chuck Fulp(Sandy); daughter, Sherry Gerald(Kirby), eight grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, a brother, Bernie Fulp, and sisters, Elva Mabe and Lucille Mabe. A Funeral service will be held Wednesday, September 14, 2016 at 11:00 am. at Fellowship Baptist Church with pastor Bill Monroe officiating. Burial will follow in Ellerbe Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, from 6:00 – 8:00 pm at Carter Funeral Home in Ellerbe.
