William "Bill" Edward Webster

William Edward “Bill” Webster, 67, of Rockingham, passed away Thursday, November 24, 2016 at FirstHealth Richmond Memorial Hospital in Rockingham. Bill was born January 11, 1949 in Richmond County, a son of the late William “Willie” and Nell Smith Webster. He was a member of East Rockingham United Methodist Church and had been a Graphic Designer with Southern Bag (Hood Packaging). Surviving are his wife, Wanda Creech Webster of the home and daughter Samantha Webster of the home. A service to celebrate Bill’s life will be at 11 am Monday at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham with Rev. Tommy Hill officiating. The family will see friends following the service at the funeral home and at other times at the home. Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association.
