Barbara Carol Biles

Barbara Carol Andrews Biles, 73, of Rockingham, passed away on December 17, 2016 at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center surrounded by her family. She was born on August 23, 1943 in Chesterfield county, SC a daughter of the late Thomas Jefferson and Ruth Kirkley Andrews. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph L. Biles, Sr. Surviving are her daughter, Carol A. Biles; son, Joesph L. Biles, Jr. and fiancé Toni Sellers Haire; granddaughter, Kathryn Rebecca Patterson and husband Marshall Patterson; great grandson and her heart Theodore “Theo” Wilde Patterson; grand cat, Tommy Joe, “TJ”; and sister-in-law Judy B. McNeil Long. Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday December 23, 2016 at Cordova United Methodist Church with Rev. Ken Griswold and Rev. Robert Carpenter officiating. Burial will follow in Richmond County Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 pm Thursday at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham.
