Patricia Ann Brooks

Patricia Anne Brooks, age 71 of Hamlet, NC passed away May 21, 2017 at First Health Hospice and Palliative Care. Patricia was born May 25, 1945 in Richmond County. She retired from Richmond County School Systems as Administrative Assistant for Ashley Chapel School in Rockingham. She is survived by her husband, Thomas Brooks Sr; Brother, Dewey Brown (Emma Brown) of Hawaii; Daughters, Mia Pressley, Alisa Williams (Stanley Williams), Beth Mabe (Brian Mabe) and Son Thomas Brooks Jr; Grandchildren, Casey Smith, Hunter Smith, Arthur Williams Jr, Ashley William, Ananda Williams, Lexie Mabe, Tori Mabe and Tyler Mabe. She is preceded in death by her mother, Mary Brown and her sister, Alice (Topsy) Williams. Patricia loved all her children and grandchildren very much. She was a long time member of Hopewell Independent Baptist Church. Visitation will be held Wednesday, May 24th at Hopewell Independent Baptist Church in Hamlet from 6 pm til 8 pm. Funeral Services will be held Thursday, May 25th at Hopewell Independent Baptist Church at 2pm.
