Rebekah Sims Barnes

Ms. Rebekah "Becky" Sims Barnes, 68 of Frankford, Delaware died January 13, 2010 at Atlantic Hospital in Berlin Maryland. She was born April 24, 1941 in Richmond County a daughter of the late Edwin and Jimmie Thompson Sims. She worked in retail sales. A memorial services will be held Saturday, January 23 at 3:00 p.m. at Richmond County Memorial Park with Rev. Mitchell Roller officiating. She is survived by three daughters Vickie Lynn Barnes, Kimberly Ann Barnes, Michelle Dean Barnes, one brother Edwin “Eddie” Sims Jr. her soul mate Ted Parcells and the father of her children Harold Barnes. The family will receive friends following the service. Carter Funeral Home of Rockingham is assisting the Barnes family.
