Loucile Brigman

Miss Loucile “Lou” Brigman, 71, of 127 Coble Rd., Rockingham died Saturday, March 27, 2010 at First Health Richmond Memorial Hospital. She was born April 26, 1938 in Richmond County, a daughter of the late Charlie and Bessie Guinn Brigman. Miss Brigman was a member of Church of God of Prophecy in Rockingham. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 pm Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at Church of God of Prophecy in Rockingham with Rev. Keith Burch officiating. Interment will follow at Richmond Memorial Park. Surviving are two sisters, Betty Elmore and her husband Howard and Dorothy Young, all of Rockingham and her step father, Marshall Jones of Rockingham, and a number of nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6 to 8 pm at the Church of God of Prophecy in Rockingham. Memorials may be made to Church of God of Prophecy Building Fund, 139 Flowers Street, Rockingham, NC 28379. Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham is assisting Miss Brigman’s family.
