Margaret Bosserman

Mrs. Margaret S. Bosserman, 80, of Rockingham died Wednesday, July 7, 2010 at Rockingham Manor. She was born February 11, 1930 in York Co., SC, a daughter of the late Robert and Carrie Moffitt Shelley. Mrs. Bosserman was a homemaker, raised her family in the Washington, DC area and was a member of the Catholic faith. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:30 pm Friday, July 9, 2010 in the chapel of Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham with Rev. Russell Edwards and Rev. June Grant officiating. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Interment will be in Stonewall Jackson Cemetery in Lexington, VA. Surviving is her husband, Paul Bosserman; four sons, Charles Wright, Paul Bosserman, David Bosserman, and Philip Bosserman; four grandchildren, Dylan Bosserman, Griffin Bosserman, Heather Locklear, and Chuckie Wright; five great grandchildren; and a sister, Ruby Williamson. Mrs. Bosserman was preceded in death by four brothers, Robert Shelley, Jim Shelley, Bill Shelley, and Buddy Shelley, and a sister, Betty Dunn.
