Martha Roller Singletary

Mrs. Martha Roller Singletary, 92 of Polkton formally of Richmond County died Friday September 10, 2010 at Hospice House of Union County. Mrs. Singletary was born June 15, 1918 in Richmond County a daughter of the late Sam and Lizzie Grant Roller. She was the wife of a Baptist Minister and a housewife. She was a member of Oakdale Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Rev. J. Willard Singletary in 2006. She is survived by two daughters Brenda S. Jones of Polkton, Janice S. Martin, of Jamestown N.C, and two sons Glenn R Singletary and Mickey Singletary of Oak Island. Five Grandchildren and 9 Great Grandchildren and one Great Great GrandChild. Funeral services will be held Sunday at 4:00P.M. at Community Church in Rockingham with the Rev. Robby Stewart and Rev. Rodney Quesenberry officiating. Interment will follow at Eastside Cemetery.
