Tammy Smith Lambert

Tammy Lorraine Smith Lambert, 37, of 8903 Wood St. Mt. Pleasant, NC died Saturday, November 11, 2006 at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Concord as the result of an automobile accident. Tammy was born January 9, 1969 in Richmond County, a daughter of Clyde and Sylvia Elmore Smith. She was a member of the Cowboy Church in Mt. Pleasant and a C.N.A. with Carebridge Retirement Center in Mt. Pleasant. She was a graduate of Richmond Senior high School, Class of 1987 and Anson Technical College. Surviving are her husband Mark Lambert of Oakboro, son, Todd Wallace, Jr. of the home, daughter, Michelle Wallace of Rockingham, parents, Clyde and Sylvia Smith of Rockingham, brother, Clyde Smith Jr. of Rockingham, sisters, Robin Vaughn of Hamlet and Melinda Bowersock of Rockingham. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Thursday at Carter Funeral Home Colonial Chapel in Rockingham with Rev. Jimmy Williams and Rev. Jeff Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Eastside Cemetery. The family will see friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Wednesday at Carter Funeral Home and at other times at her parents home, 308 Hickory St. Rockingham, Memorial contributions may be made to Todd and Michelle in care of Clyde Smith 308 Hickory St., Rockingham, NC 28379.
