Larry Worth Vuncannon

Mr. Larry Worth Vuncannon 66, of 123 Fordtown Rd. died Monday, October 11, 2010 at his daughters home. Mr. Vuncannon was born April 17, 1944 in Richmond County a son of the late Worth and Louise Ford Vuncannon. He was retired from textiles where he worked in the dye house. Larry loved to hunt and fish and work on cars. He is survived by his daughter Teresa Perakis and husband Joe of Rockingham, one grandson Jordan Perakis and his two dogs Bella and Peaches whom he loved dearly. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday October 13, 2010 at Mt. Calvary Rock of Ages Church Cemetery with Preacher Alex Perakis officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
