Billy Ray Maner

Mr. Billy Ray Maner 67, of 159 Maner Rd. died Wednesday October 13, 2010 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. Billy Ray was born February 4, 1943 in Richmond County a son of the late Julian P. and Ida McDonald Maner. He retired from Clark Equipment where he worked in the maintenance department. He served his country in the U.S. Army. A graveside service will be held Saturday at 3:00 P.M. October 16, 2010 at Greenlake United Methodist Church Cemetery with Pastor Dwayne Quick officiating. The family will receive friends Friday from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham and at other times at 118 Wilderness Drive Rockingham. Billy is survived by one sister Jean M. Brooks of Rockingham, a special friend Pat Gibson of Hamlet and a number of nieces and nephews.
