Clarence Alton Patrick

Mr. Clarence Alton Patrick, 81, of Rockingham, died Monday, November 8, 2010 at Somerset Court in Hamlet. Mr. Patrick was born September 10, 1929 in Richmond County, a son of the late Alton and Alice Ussery Patrick. He was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, where he had served as an elder for many years and was a retired salesman. Surviving are his wife of 58 years, Sarah Wyatt Patrick of Hamlet, his Aunt Ruth Bolton of Rockingham, his Uncle Thad Ussery of Rockingham, and his Niece Brenda Whitley of Midlothian Virginia. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 pm Monday, November 15, 2010 in the Colonial Chapel of Carter Funeral Home with Elvin Dycus and Jim Brown officiating. The family will see friends following the service at the funeral home.
