Mary B. Ezzell Mrs. Mary B Ezzell, 76 of 436 Old Charlotte Hwy. , Rockingham died Friday December 15th at First Health Richmond Memorial Hospital. Mrs. Ezzell was born September 24, 1930 in Bladen County, a daughter of the late Ada Guyton and Nathan Dowless. She was a member of Faith Freewill Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband James Noah Ezzell; two sisters, Ezzell D. Ezzell and Susie D. Smith; two half sisters Sarah Johnson and Allie Ree Wyatt; a half brother Lester Dowless; and grandson Donald Ezzell. Surviving are five children all of Rockingham, Charles Ezzell, Carolyn McLaughlin, Harold Ezzell, Marilyn Bordeaux, and Randy Ezzell. Also surviving are 14 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am Monday, at Faith Freewill Baptist Church with Reverends Jerry Hall, Steve Pryor and Troy Bordeaux officiating. Interment will follow at Eastside Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 pm Sunday at Faith Freewill Baptist Church, and at other times at the home of Ronnie and Carolyn McLaughlin at 438 Old Charlotte Hwy.
