Evelyn Baldwin

Minnie Evelyn Baldwin, 93, of Seven Lakes and formerly of Rockingham died peacefully surrounded by her family Friday, February 9, 2007 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. She was a member of Cameronian Presbyterian Church in Rockingham until her health declined. Ms. Baldwin was born October 12, 1913 to the late Alma and Watson Williams. She was preceded in death by her husband Hiram Thomas Baldwin and brothers Clarence Williams, Donald Williams, and Tracy Williams. Funeral services will be conducted 3:00 pm on Sunday, February 11, 2007 in the chapel at Carter Funeral Home, 705 Caroline Street in Rockingham with Rev. Marshall Norris officiating. Burial will follow at Northam Cemetery in Rockingham. The family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 pm on Sunday, February 11, 2007 at the funeral home. Surviving are her daughter Judy Trivett and husband Clark and son, Tom Baldwin and wife Cathy, all of Seven Lakes; sister Thelma Wallace of Robbins; half sisters, Aileen Faucette of Greensboro and Ruby Coleman of Asheboro; grandson Michael Arnot and wife Heidi of El Salvador, granddaughter Kathleen Ong and husband Ricardo of Colorado Springs, step granddaughter Larissa Harris and husband Brad of Brunswick, Georgia, step grandson Todd Trivett of Washington, DC; great-grandchildren Ethan, Alexander, and namesake Evelyn Ong, Isabella and Elle Arnot, Brenna and Bradie Harris.
